It is another spring in March, the breeze brushes the cheek and the sun is shining all over the campus. With the pace of spring, SGE students returned to the familiar school.
Stepping into the campus, what you see is the smiling face of the counselors. During the reporting period, SGE counselors prepared in advance and waited at their posts throughout the process, assisting the students in information registration and inspection, and distributing epidemic prevention materials to students. In the intensive work from evening to late at night, they hid their fatigue in their hearts and radiated enthusiasm on their faces. With a line of greetings, they send students the first gift for returning to school in the spring to ensure that everyone returned to school safely and smoothly.
In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, each class held an online class meeting in the first week of school, covering all SGE students. The counselors reiterated the precautions for the new semester, clarified the requirements for vaccination and nucleic acid testing, and the handling procedures for fever, and explained the daily epidemic prevention and control regulations such as school entry and exit management and the personalized issues of students. For the new semester and starting point, SGE has goals and plans.
Behind the timely opening of the school in spring is the wisdom of the scientific research personnel, the correct leadership of the party and the country, the unchanging people-oriented concept of BUAA and the selfless dedication of countless medical staff.
During the first week of the semester, the counselors visited the students' dormitories, communicated with them, and learned about their daily life, expressing warm concern to them. In addition, counselors reminded students of the sanitation and fire safety of the dormitory, encouraging them do a good job in disinfection and personal protection. Counselors also put forward ardent expectations to students: to have a new beginning in the new semester, to study professional knowledge and adapt to the pace of learning as soon as possible.
With the arrival of the new semester, richer and more challenging courses also arrive as promised. The counselors went deep into the classroom to learn about the learning situation of the students: the students were attentive, and the teachers were fully committed. While absorbing knowledge, SGE students did not forget epidemic prevention and masks wearing scientifically.
Through a holiday rest and recuperation, the students have made new plans and found new goals. In the new semester, the struggle will continue.Please note the following:
Students must keep in mind: although epidemic prevention has become normal, do not relax your attitude.
(1) Reduce unnecessary going out during the school period. If you have to go out, ask for leave in advance;
(2) Pay attention to personal hygiene and keep indoor ventilation;
(3) Wear masks scientifically, especially when queuing in classrooms, libraries, laboratories and cafeteriums.
(4) Report fever phenomenon to the counselors in the first time and deal with it according to the guidance process;
(5) Report daily body temperature.
In the new semester, more abundant and more challenging courses are waiting for students. They should adjust themselves as soon as possible, enter the learning state, meet new challenges with full posture, stride forward to further goals, and soar higher in the sky!
